What recent guests emphasize

Balanced comfort with lively casino atmosphere

Recent visitors highlight the clean, spacious rooms and friendly, attentive staff alongside a bustling casino and diverse dining options. While some note the need for updates in older towers and occasional drawbacks on the casino floor, the hotel's central boardwalk location and entertainment offerings remain major draws.

Guests often praise

  • Cleanliness and comfort of rooms, especially in the Centurion Tower and renovated areas
  • Variety and quality of dining, with frequent mentions of Hell’s Kitchen and Morton’s Steakhouse
  • Helpful, polite, and welcoming staff across the property, including attentive beverage servers
  • Prime location on the Atlantic City Boardwalk, close to casinos, restaurants, and entertainment venues
  • Well-maintained public spaces and a lively, fun casino atmosphere

Worth knowing

  • Some rooms, mainly outside the Centurion Tower, feel dated and could benefit from renovation
  • The casino floor can feel dark and smoky, with ventilation that some guests find insufficient
  • Parking fees are considered high by several guests, with no current voucher or discount partnerships noted
  • Separate lines and tiered services may feel inconvenient or excessive to some visitors
  • Food and drink prices inside the venue, especially at concerts, can be significantly marked up

  • Guests who appreciate a combination of historic theming with modern, clean accommodations in select towers
  • Travelers interested in varied dining experiences from casual cafes to upscale restaurants
  • Casino and entertainment enthusiasts looking for a lively atmosphere and multiple gaming options
  • LGBTQ+ friendly travelers looking for an inclusive, welcoming environment

I had a fantastic stay at Caesars Atlantic City in the Centurion Tower over the summer. The room was spotless, spacious, and absolutely gorgeous, making it a comfortable place to relax after long days on the casino floor. The entire property felt very clean and well maintained, with plenty of fun and exciting machines. Check-in was quick and seamless thanks to the reception staff, who were incredibly helpful, polite, and welcoming. So many great restaurant options. I enjoyed dinner at Hell’s Kitchen twice because it was just that good. Got the crab cake for an appetizer and the strip steak for my entire. Mornings were nice with excellent coffee drinks and fresh pastries from the shop near the Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill. Beverage servers throughout the casino were kind, attentive, and always smiling, which added to the overall positive experience. Security did give me a problem once for taking a picture of my bonus rounds, but whatever. I would absolutely stay here again.

Management - please partner with Ticketmaster for parking vouchers and discounts. No one wants to pay $25 to park and then discover that they are also going to pay $8 for lobby coffee and $17 beers inside the concert venue. Anyone reading this, save yourself half the cost of drinks by going to Hells Kitchen before or during or in between bands for half price drinks. Miller Lite pints inside Maximus are $17 SEVENTEEN!! The staff will let you back into the show WITH drinks from Hells Kitchen or byob. Another Caesars Management issue involves security. Please train the Maximus entry staff to PROPERLY scan all patrons. A brief waist scan does not cut it. A full 360 scan down to the ankles and above the shoulders should be commonplace. Then, when people leave and return, they should be re-scanned again. There is no point to the initial scan when people can return and are not re-scanned. There's a 3-star rating for location because you don't want to risk your life walking on the board walk or on the beach or any downtown streets. This is more of an A/C thing but being there during the summer is a scary proposition. Like 3rd world resorts, do not leave the compound of you can avoid it.

Good hotel that needs some renovation. Great location, easy to find, plenty of parking, right on the board walk. Good number of restaurants. Room was old and need some renovation. Casino floor need better ventilation as you can smell people smoking. If you want to stay here then ask for Centurion tower as it is newer and better.

We had a nice getaway. The rooms were clean and comfortable. And there was a nice choice of restaurants. We went to Morton's steakhouse and had the best dinner. Many thanks to Devin, our server who memade us feel special.

We paid for our room once the first time here a few yrs ago. Since then, room is comped to us for 3 night stays. Only pay taxes. Rooms are very clean, and that is in the older towers too. I don't care if we get the new or old tower rooms. All way above expectations. Can't seem to lose here either. We come twice a year from 470 miles away. I'm not a big gambler at all, but I have won every time here. Always the o home with more cash than when we left. That includes eating once a day at Gordon Ramsay pub. Food is insanely good, and no way can we eat twice in a day after going there. Yes pricey, but sooo much food. Actually all relative for us when you factor in only eating brunch all day and night. Will always come back to Caesar Atlantic City at least ok once a yr. ThAnks for another memorable free time!

It's not a bad place at all. The food was amazing staff was nice. The only two things I personally don't like are, they cater too much to your level or status. Having separate lines everywhere gets annoying quick. And secondly, it feels dark and gloomy on the casino floor. Other than that we had a great time and thank you for acknowledging us for being in the military.

First tine in AC @ Caesars. Beds are super comfy. Casino is decent. Some younger dealers/staff were upbeat making things fun, others not so much. Overall trip was exciting and I'm greatful for the opportunity. Loved the Cafe on level 2, delicious baked goods, coffee and subs. I loved taking with the employees there. All of then were so polite and nice.

Clean, modern, and beautifully renovated. The Centurion Tower at Caesars Atlantic City really impressed me. The room was spotless and felt fresh and updated, with sleek finishes and a modern bathroom. Hallways and common areas were just as clean and well-maintained. You can tell they’ve invested in renovations and upkeep. A great choice if you’re looking for a clean, refreshed stay in Atlantic City.
